“सर्वे कर्मवशा वयम्” - सब कर्म के हीं अधीन हैं।
The shloka which is taken from Anushasan parva of the Mahabharata states that we all are under Karma.
Good morning, respected principal,Sir Academy head sir respected teachers and dear friends. Today I am Anjali of class 8A going to speak on the topic “action should be according to the time and place”.
We all know that actions speak louder than words. But do we also know that actions should be appropriate for the situation and the context? Sometimes, we may act impulsively or carelessly, without thinking about the consequences or the impact of our actions on others. This can lead to misunderstandings, conflicts, or even regrets.
Imagine, You are at a concert, the music is pumping, everyone is jumping and singing along. Suddenly, someone starts reading a book right in the middle of the crowd.
Similarly, imagine that you are in a classroom, where the teacher is explaining a lesson. If you start chatting with your friends.you will not only miss the important points of the lesson, but also distract the teacher and the other students. This is not only disrespectful, but also harmful for your academic performance. You should act according to the time and place, and pay attention to the teacher and the lesson.
Now I have a challenging task for you. Can you avoid making your classroom a garbage heap or dustbin? After having breakfast or lunch, what do you do ? You throw the rappers , waste papers in your classroom, sometimes you use slang language and inappropriate behavior in school premises.
Just think , we are sitting in garbage, talking nonsense, doing nothing. What will we become-”garbage”
Yes or No?
Yes, we become what we think and better you know the place of garbage. So think before you do. Think good, do good and be good. It is the need of the time.
Therefore, let us always remember that action should be according to the time and place. Let us act with prudence and grace. Thank you for your attention.
Have a nice day! Jay Hind!
